Psychotherapy Services
in Rugby & Online
A Warm Welcome!
At Sesan Therapy, therapy is not about offering quick advice or surface-level coping. It is a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and explore the emotional, relational and life experiences that may be affecting how you feel, cope and connect with others.
Our therapists bring their own training, experience and therapeutic style, while working within shared values of professionalism, ethical care, warmth and respect for each client’s individuality.
Whether you are looking for ongoing therapy, couples therapy, or a one-off reflective session, we aim to offer a thoughtful and supportive space where your experiences can be met with care and curiosity.
We offer therapy in person from our therapy room in Rugby, as well as online sessions via Zoom. Online therapy can be a helpful option if you live outside Rugby, travel frequently, or prefer the flexibility of attending sessions from home.
Thank you for considering us as a partner in your well-being. We look forward to walking this journey with you.
How Therapy Can Help?
Clients come to therapy for many different reasons. At Sesan Therapy, we support people who may be experiencing:
- Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
- Depression and low mood
- Relationship difficulties
- Couples conflict
- Trauma and PTSD
- Sexual abuse and domestic abuse
- Low self-esteem and self-worth
- Body image difficulties
- Attachment wounds
- Identity-related struggles

- Grief, loss and life transitions
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, the first step is simply having a safe and supportive space to begin making sense of what you have been carrying.
