Free Consultation

I offer a 30-minute online discovery session designed to initiate your therapeutic journey. 

During this session, we'll have the opportunity to explore your personal needs and goals. 

It's a great chance to understand how therapy can support you, clarify any queries you might have, and most importantly, start building a meaningful connection.

Individual Therapy 

I offer face to face and online individual therapy sessions. The session is usually 60 minutes once a week. 

I'm always keen to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. 

Every week, we'll work together to uncover deeper insights, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. 

This consistent, dedicated time is your sanctuary for reflection and healing, tailored to match your unique journey towards well-being.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be beautiful and challenging, often at the same time. My couples therapy sessions offer a space where both of you can feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult chapter or simply seeking to reconnect, we’ll work together to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface and find a way forward that feels right for both of you.

Through this secure platform, you can book sessions, message me, complete forms, and access resources all in one place.

It also gives you access to extra features such diet, meal planning and journaling tools.

VIP Sessions

I offer individual and couples therapy sessions out of usual hours for my busy clients.

 

Time and work commitments shouldn't stop you from prioritising your mental health and relationships.  

 

I have a limited number of slots available on Sundays, early mornings and late afternoons.
